💡: Don't neglect the importance of stretching after your workouts. Stretching helps to: 

  • reduce stiffness

  • reduce lactic acid

  • increase blood flow

  • reduce #stress and #anxiety

  • maintain/ increase #flexibility

  • Duck Walk x 12-20 paces

  • Inch Worms x 8

  • Bear Crawl x 10 paces

  • Bird Dog x 16

Level 1: 3 rounds

Level 2:  6 rounds

12 minutes - As many rounds as possible. Choose your level and don't forget to warm up first and stretch after.

Level 1

  • 20 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 Squats

  • 8 Plank to Push Up

Level 2

  • 12 Burpees
