Personal Training Plans
This option allows you to have a program built specifically to your goals for at-home training or in your fitness facility of choice. This is a great choice for persons who prefer to have program guidance without the presence of a trainer on hand
Things you should know:

Your program will be designed based on the information provided in your registration form and initial consultation

There will be 5 workouts programmed weekly

Your weekly workout feedback will be necessary to build your program as accurately as possible and, as such, comments can be made within the workout log or an open-ended email may be submitted on a weekly basis

There will be assessment points at the start of and at the end of the program, which can be conducted via an online consultation

Payment can be made via Cash, Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal
