Personal Training Plans

This option allows you to have a program built specifically to your goals for at-home training or in your fitness facility of choice. This is a great choice for persons who prefer to have program guidance without the presence of a trainer on hand

Things you should know:

  • Your program will be designed based on the information provided in your registration form and initial consultation

  • There will be 5 workouts programmed weekly

  • Your weekly workout feedback will be necessary to build your program as accurately as possible and, as such, comments can be made within the workout log or an open-ended email may be submitted on a weekly basis

  • There will be assessment points at the start of and at the end of the program, which can be conducted via an online consultation

  •  Payment can be made via Cash, Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal
