Denny came in wanting to put on a bit of muscle mass and that has been one of the main goals of our programming so far - the others being core stability and core strength.

Since last March he has been able to pack on ~13 lbs while only adding 1% body fat, showing that it isn't necessary to add significant body fat and then shred. As long as you are patient, gains will come
