⏩ to now and we have a young lady who is as dedicated to the cause as they come. Kerry's journey is FULL of positive changes and progressions. However, I've have chosen to focus on her strength gains because it is important to realize that losing body fat or making booty gains isn't all there is in women's health & fitness
Women are 💪 in every way and building on that foundation of strength is mightily important.
