I admire Kurt for his patience, understanding and knowledge in the field. Kurt is very sensitive to his clients and he makes sure that he inquires on what and when the client last ate before workout.
He also shifts his planned program to accommodate the client's mood and caters to the needs of his clients. He pushes you and encourages you to go a bit more and his uplifting words make you push through. Words such as, "you are strong", "you are a boss" would make a small person feel mighty lol .
I love Kurt's strategy and style to motivate and I will recommend GFS Kurt Clarke (personal trainer) to anyone who wants that one-on-one training
