GFS Quick Tip #3: Lift Instead

💡: Lifting (resistance training) is a crucial aspect of building strength, muscle and bone density. The improvements in bone density cannot be understated as defending against osteoporosis - especially for ladies who are unfortunately more predisposed than men - should be of importance
 
2. 🔥 Not only #cardio burns #calories. Resistance training does as well and more so than cardio for some. I'd recommend a mix of the two within your program .

 

3. 😃 Resistance training can help to reduce stress and anxiety through the release of endorphins and other chemicals in the brain. Plus if you feel to punch something that energy would be best used lifting 👍
