GFS Quick Tip #17: Train posterior muscles

 

💡: as a follow up to the previous post on training the upper back muscles, the row is one move which can be utilized. Damien is making use of a resistance band and a bar to engage his upper back.

*further tip: retract and stabilize the scapula prior and during your set to really engage the muscles
