#SkiptemberByGFS: Workout 01


Welcome to #SkiptemberByGFS

For the people who want some cardio but would prefer skipping over running any day. There will be a different jump rope workout sent every other day (15 days) No Rope (or "can't" skip)? No problem✔️ Won't have to worry about tripping when using bands or with nothing to jump over. Nothing too strenuous... Just want to get you moving (and not running 🙂)

Workout #1 - takes ~15 minutes

*Work at your own pace

A. Standard Jump x 60 reps Jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

-rest 15 - 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

B. Side-to-Side Jump x 60 reps

Alternate jumps to the left and right on every revolution

-rest 15 - 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

C. Standard Jump x 50 reps

Jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

-rest 15 - 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

D. Side-to-Side Jump x 50 reps

Alternate jumps to the left and right on every revolution

-rest 15 - 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

E. Standard Jump x 40 reps

Jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

-rest 15 - 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

F. Side-to-Side Jump x 40 reps

Alternate jumps to the left and right on every revolution
