*Work at your own pace

 

A. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 3 minutes
Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: Pace yourself and breathe efficiently

Note: take short rests where necessary

 

-rest 30-60 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

B. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 2 minutes
Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: take short rests where necessary

 

-rest 30-60 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

C. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 1 minute
Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: take short rests where necessary

 

-rest 30-60 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

D. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 1 minute
Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: take short rests where necessary

 

Cool Down & Stretch (especially the calves)
