A. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 3 minutes Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: Pace yourself and breathe efficiently

B. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 2 minutes Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

C. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 1 minute Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: take short rests where necessary

D. As Many Skips As Possible: Standard Jump x 1 minute Note: jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution

Note: take short rests where necessary

Cool Down & Stretch (especially the calves)
