B. 50 Side-to-Side Jump Ropes

C. 50 Alternating Leg Jump Ropes

 

 

Level 1: Complete x 3 rounds | Level 2: Complete x 5 rounds

Chose your level
 

Note 1: Complete 50 reps of A within a minute and you have the rest of the minute to rest before restarting at the start of the second minute with B...

Note 2: May rest 60 seconds between rounds
