Warm Up 

 

Workout Time: 15 minutes

*Work at your own pace

 

Jump Rope

A. 30 seconds: Standard Jump Ropes

Rest 10-20 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

B. 30 seconds: One Leg Jump Rope (one leg only)

Rest 10-20 seconds (or as long as needed)

*It's OK if you go less time here. Try to match the time with the other leg

 

C. 30 seconds: One Leg Jump Rope (other leg only)

Rest 10-20 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

D. 30 seconds: Alternating High Knee Jump Ropes

 

Rest 60 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

Complete 3 rounds
