Week 1 is over so it is time to take it up a touch. We're going to add a bit of body weight work to our jump rope action. Let's get it!

 

Workout Time: ~12-20 minutes

*Work at your own pace

 

Warm Up

 

A. Standard Jump Ropes x 60 reps (as fast as possible)

B.Squats x 10

C. Pushups x 10

*can use full push ups, knee push ups, or push ups against a wall or counter

 

Rest 30-60 seconds (or as long as needed between rounds)

 

Level 01: 3 Rounds

Level 02: 5 Rounds

Level 03: 8 Rounds
