A. 30 reps: Standard Jump Rope

Rest 20 seconds (or as long as needed)

 

B. 20 reps: One Leg Jump Rope

Rest 20 (or as long as needed)

 

C. 20 reps: One Leg Jump Rope (other leg)

Rest 20 (or as long as needed)

 

D. 20 reps: Body weight Squats

Rest 20 (or as long as needed)

 

Level One: 3 rounds

Level Two: 5 rounds
