Watching my carb intake, paying closer attention to the balance of food I eat. More proteins and veg, less carbs.
How important is meal prep for you?
I'm not always that organised, but I can wing it!
How has your lifestyle change impacted your life?
It definitely has made me more conscious about what I put into my body.
What have you learned about yourself through this journey?
I'm stronger than I think!
What advice would you give to persons who are now commencing or thinking about commencing a health and fitness journey?
It's not the easiest thing to do. Having a coach who is supportive and always has words of encouragement has been very helpful for me. Also having someone to work out with whose energy you can feed off of.
What is your favourite exercise?
None! ... but if I really had to choose I'd say rowing.
What is your most challenging exercise?
I hate the treadmill!
