Movement Day 08


Welcome back after your active rest day.

Warm Up & Stretch


Perform the two movements below one after the other in a Pyramid manner. i.e. 2 reps each then 4 reps each etc.


7 Rounds: 4 reps, 6 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps


Exercise 1: Push Ups (full, knees or wall version. You can also mix the versions starting with the most difficult version you are capable of)
