Day 15 | 28 Straight

Fitness Test 02

Welcome to Day 15 and fitness test 02. After completing this workout, compare your score to your score on Day 01.

AMRAP 15 - Complete as many rounds of clean repetitions as possible within 15 minutes.

Also count the reps you managed complete in the final round before the time runs out even if it isn't a full round. That way you have an accurate and measurable gauge as to your accomplishment.

Use a timer to know when your 15 minutes are up. Score by number of reps completed & keep this score to compare to Day 01 & for future reference

Warm Up & Stretch

  • Exercise 1: 20 Pairs of High Knees (video)

  • Exercise 2: 12 Squats (video)

  • Exercise 3: 8 Push Ups (video)
