Movement Day 17: Total Body HIIT

 

 

Welcome to Day 17. Today's workout is a medium to high intensity workout before we take tomorrow off. Lewwe go!

Warm Up & Stretch

 

Perform three-five rounds of the following movements, resting 60 seconds or as needed after each round:

 

Exercise 1.a: 8-12 pairs of Reverse Lunges

Exercise 1.c: 8-12 Mule Kicks

Exercise 1.d: 8-12 pairs Alternating Plank Pointers/ Cross Deys
