Movement Day 19: Muscular Endurance



Welcome back after your active rest day.

Warm Up & Stretch


Perform the following movement combos below one after the other in a Pyramid manner. i.e. 2 reps each then 4 reps each etc.


7 Rounds: 2 reps, 4 reps, 6 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps


Exercise 1: Squat to Lateral Bounds pair

**squat and immediately follow with one pair of lateral bounds. This is one rep

Exercise 2: Push Up to Shoulder Tap Pair

**perform one push up and immediately follow with one pair of shoulder taps. This is one rep

**use knees if necessary

Finisher (Optional): 200 Jumping Jacks or Mountain Climbers
