Small Group Training

Designed to get you moving in a controlled & friendly environment. The group size ranges from 4 to 5 persons per session, ensuring that you get the focused attention necessary to monitor movement and exercise form.

  • All fitness levels are welcome

  • Please note that all registered athletes from the previous block have the first option of renewing for a new block

  • Tuesdays: 6:15 PM

  • Saturdays: 8:15 AM


Things to know


  • Program length: 4 weeks

  • Workout Duration: 45 minutes

  • Payment is due prior to the start of the block to secure your space

  • Payment options are cash, bank transfer and PayPal

  • Items to bring: Towel, liquids (there is a fridge provided), medication (eg. asthma inhaler) if applicable


  • 1x per week (4 sessions): $60.00 Bds

  • 2x per week (8 sessions): $100.00 Bds

  • 3x per week (8 sessions): $120.00 Bds

Rates reflect the total price of the block for the amount of sessions chosen
