Consultations

Allow us to help you chart your path to your health and fitness goals. Our typical consultation includes:

  • Get to know discussion (including exercise and nutrition practices)

  • Body fat assessment

  • Measurements

  • Relevant Fitness Tests

Things to know:

  • Come in workout gear (shoes must be clean)

  • Avoid caffeinated beverages within 2 hours of your assessment

  • Be prepared to undergo fitness testing which can be potentially intense
