We discuss your movement, individual health, family health (where necessary) & injury history in order to set realistic health & fitness goals. We also discuss the path towards these goals

How can I prepare for my consultation?

  • Wear workout gear (for in-studio consultation)

  • Avoid caffeinated beverages within 2 hours of your assessment in the case that a body fat assessment is to be taken

  • Be prepared to undergo fitness testing which can be potentially intense​
