Working with a certified personal trainer can have a positive effect on your wellness journey, regardless of your age or fitness level. We educate our athletes on how to exercise in a safe and effective manner, while providing knowledge-based supervision to monitor your progress along the way.  Your experience will include:

  • Initial consultation, which includes an individualized assessment 

  • Individualized Program Design to target your weaknesses and enhance your strengths

  • Warm up, cool down & stretching protocols

  • Mixed modalities of fitness (including strength, endurance, mobility & balance)

  • Evaluation and review of goals

  • Constant education

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

45-minute Personal Training: 

  • 1-7 sessions: $50 BBD per session

  • 8-11 sessions/ month: $35 BBD per session

  • 12+ sessions/ month: $30 BBD per session

60-minute Personal Training

  • 1-7 sessions: $60 BBD per session

  • 8-11 sessions/ month: $45 BBD per session

  • 12+ sessions/ month: $40 BBD per session

 

1-ON-2 SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 

45-minute Personal Training: 

  • 1-7 sessions: $40 BBD per person/ session

  • 8-11 sessions/ month: $35 BBD per person/ session

  • 12+ sessions/ month: $30 BBD per person/ session

60-minute Personal Training

  • 1-7 sessions: $50 BBD per person/ session

  • 8-11 sessions/ month: $40 BBD per person/ session

  • 12+ sessions/ month: $35 BBD per person/ session

 

 

NOTES

  • Monthly sessions are pre-paid at the beginning of each month for the agreed schedule of sessions

  • For sessions which are missed, a workout will be sent to you as a replacement

  • If a session/ sessions is/are cancelled by GFS, the fee will be pro-rated

  • Payment facilitated via Online Direct Bank Deposit
