CONSULTATIONS

Working with a certified personal trainer can have a positive effect on your life, regardless of your age or fitness level. The goal is to educate our clients on how to exercise in a safe and effective manner. We provide education, supervision and motivation along your journey while monitoring your progress and providing resources to contribute to a healthier and fitter version of you.  Sessions may include:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Individualized Program Design Strategic Team Workouts

  • Warm up, mobility, cool down & stretching protocols

  • Resistance/ Weight Training

  • Cardiovascular Exercise

  • Core Stability & Strengthening 

  • Evaluation and review of Goals

  • Education

 

Rates

30-minute Personal Training: Designed for those on-the-go. Athletes are in charge of their own warm up and cool-down/ stretch protocols. The 30 minutes are strictly reserved for the workout.

  • Per session: $30 BBD

  • 8 Sessions/ month: $200 BBD per month

  • 12 sessions/ month: $240 BBD per month


45-minute Personal Training: Perfect balance for those looking to get in and get out, while seeking supervision during warm up, cool down and stretching

  • Per session: $40 BBD per session

  • 8 Sessions/ month: $280 BBD per month

  • 12 sessions/ month: $360 BBD per month

60-minute Personal Training: Includes warm up, cool down and stretching (including assisted stretching). This option is perfect for persons new to exercise and those who may require additional rest periods during the workout.

  • Per session: $60 BBD per session

  • 8 Sessions/ month: $360 BBD per month

  • 12 sessions/ month: $480 BBD per month

 

Notes

  • Monthly sessions are pre-paid at the beginning of each month for the agreed schedule of sessions

  • For sessions which are missed, a workout will be sent to you as a replacement

  • If a session/ sessions is/are cancelled by GFS, the fee will be pro-rated

  • Payment facilitated via Online Direct Deposit
