BIG Rock is a traditional strength-building workout plan designed to increase strength and build muscle.

 

Program Length: The program runs for 12 weeks and is divided into three 4-week mini cycles. 

 

Program Frequency: You complete 2-3 Total Body workouts per week depending on your time availability

 

Training Level: Beginner to Advanced. 

 

Required Equipment: Dumbbells

 

Optional Equipment: Barbell, Weight Plates, Resistance Bands, Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, Adjustable Bench, Cable Machine, Seated Hamstring Curl Machine, Leg Press Machine, Leg Extension Machine
