CONSULTATIONS

Due to Covid-19 Protocols, this is only available for persons who reside in the same household. Each person gets the following:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Individualized Program Design Strategic Team Workouts

  • Warm up, mobility, cool down & stretching protocols

  • Resistance/ Weight Training

  • Cardiovascular Exercise

  • Core Stability & Strengthening 

  • Evaluation and review of Goals

  • Education

 

There are two workout length options:

45-minute

Perfect balance for those looking to get in and get out, while seeking supervision during warm up, cool down and stretching

 

60-minute

Includes warm up, cool down and stretching (including assisted stretching). This option is perfect for persons new to exercise and those who may require additional rest periods during the workout.​

Rates

 

45-minute Personal Training:

  • Per session: $35 Bds per session

  • 8 Sessions/ month: $240 Bds per month (paid up front each month)

  • 12 sessions/ month: $300 Bds per month (paid up front each month)


60-minute Personal Training:

  • Per session: $45 Bds per session

  • 8 Sessions/ month: $320 Bds per month (paid up front each month)

  • 12 sessions/ month: $420 Bds per month (paid up front each month)

Notes:

  • Rates are quoted per person

  • Training sessions located away from the GFS Studio will incur a transportation fee
