Small Group Classes

FIT CLUB: Designed to get you moving in a controlled, fun & friendly environment. The maximum class size is 4 persons, ensuring that you get the focused attention necessary to monitor movement form.

Days & Times: Tuesdays: 6:15 PM | Saturdays: 8:15 AM

Instructor: Clarkey

  • All fitness levels are welcome

  • All registered athletes from the previous block have first option of renewing for a new block

  • General Program Cycle Duration: 4 weeks

  • Workout Duration: 45 minutes

  • Payment is due prior to the start of the block via Cash & Direct Bank Deposit

  • Items to bring: Towel, liquids (there is a fridge provided), medication (eg. asthma inhaler) if applicable

Rates (per cycle)

  • 1x per week (4 sessions): $60.00 Bds

  • 2x per week (8 sessions): $100.00 Bds

  • 3x per week (8 sessions): $120.00 Bds

YOGA: Relax and unwind after a long week

Saturdays: 10:15 AM

  • Session Duration: 60 minutes

  • Payment is due prior to the start of the block via Cash & Direct Bank Deposit
