ABOUT BIG ROCK
BIG ROCK is a traditional strength-building program designed to completed in a gym facility or at home. The program runs for 12 weeks and is divided into three 4-week mini cycles.

Required Equipment: Barbell (optional), Dumbbells, Adjustable Bench, Cable Machine, Hamstring Curl Machine, Leg Press Machine

Workout Frequency: 2-3 Total Body workouts per week
​
Experience Level: Beginner to Advanced​
